Here at the Emerald Dolphin Inn, we cater to each and every one of our guests. While staying with us, you will experience tastefully decorated and immaculate guest rooms, with all the comforts of your very own "home away from home".  Whether you are coming with family, your special someone, or conducting business on your own, we have the ideal room for you.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. We also have Accessible rooms with a single queen bed. We are happy to offer our guests a complimentary "Take & Go" style continental breakfast in our lobby from 7-9am.

Please see Accessibility Statement below.  Dog Friendly rooms are available with advance notice.  Please let us know if you will be traveling with your dog at time of booking so that we can guarantee a dog friendly room for your stay.  Enjoy ample free parking is available for all size vehicles including buses, and trucks with trailers.

Rates

Rates will fluctuate due to Season, Day of Week, and Holidays. Please call or book on our website to get the most current rate. Rates do not include an 13% tax and are based on double occupancy. All rooms are AAA approved- awarded 3 diamond. All rooms are non smoking and Dogs are allowed in designated rooms only. Please ask if you require an Accessible Room or Dog friendly room at time of booking so we can guarantee we will have one available for you at check in.

Discounts

We offer a 10% discount for any direct bookings to First Responders

Ask about our VIP program!  Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free with your membership card! Some restrictions apply.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Accepted.

Credit cards must be valid for total stay, plus incidentals by date of arrival to guarantee reservation.

All guests must have a picture ID at check in.

Cash paying guests must have a credit card valid for at least $200 or a $200 cash deposit for incidentals that will be returned at check out.

Credit cards are authorized for total stay plus incidentals at time of check in when booking direct with hotel.

A credit card valid for at least $200 is required for incidentals even with a prepaid reservation.

Additional Persons

Rates listed are for double occupancy, plus Tax. Persons 12 yrs or older will be an additional $12 per night. Upon request we have cribs and small cots available with an advance notice. There is a nightly fee of $12.00 per item.

Service Pets Policy

"Registered Trained Service Dogs"  are always welcome anywhere on the property. " Emotional Support dogs are also welcome in our pet friendly rooms. All dogs must be declared at time of booking to ensure you will have a room suitable for your pet."

Please let us know of your service dogs at time of booking.

Check In - Out Time-

Check in time is between  4- 10pm. If arriving after 10pm, please just let us know. A night window is available for late arrivals. Early arrivals can be arranged by phone with advance notice if available.

Check out time is 11 am. Late departures can be arranged with possible fee.

OFFICE HOURS: The office is open 7am-10pm daily, however, someone is onsite 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy:  Please cancel 3 full days prior to arrival.  For Major Holidays & Holiday/Event weekends please cancel 7 full days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made after the deadline to cancel will be subject to one night room and taxes.
