The Private party room is a beautifully light and airy room about 20' x 25' located in the Mini Golf clubhouse. It is painted all white with three large picture windows that look upon a large grassy field and the mini golf course. There are sliding doors that keep the room private and surprisingly quiet even when children are playing in the arcade. It is a perfect gathering spot for parties, meetings, & reunions.
For birthday parties or sit down functions, we do not recommend more than 20-23 guests. This allows a long table of 14-15 guests and a short table of 7-8 guests with two extra tables for food, beverages, & gifts. Additional guests may sit at tables in the arcade area or on outdoor patio weather permitting.
A classroom setting with a table at the front can sit about 12-15 people.

You will be a guest at your own party while seamlessly entertaining every guest on your list! We absolutely live for parties and we will create the perfect backdrop for any event! Let us be just your venue or allow us plan and host the entire party for you... It's all up to you!
Parties must begin on time & end at the reserved time. If you need more time, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
Please add $20 per hour for parties booked for more than two hours. There is no extra charge if no parties are following yours.
The Basic Party includes the party room for up to 2 hours with crepe paper décor, and up to 5 table covers. It also includes Unlimited Mini Golf for the entire day for all party participants and one free Adult golf pass with a children's party. We set up, clean up, and help keep your party running smoothly!
This is the perfect party if you would like to bring everything yourself.
Please note that tableware is not included in this party.

If you would like to coordinate your own party that is A-OK.
Included with your room rental, we will hang crepe paper to match your colors and up to 3 plastic table covers for your event. If you bring in your own food and beverages, please don't forget to bring plates, cups, and napkins.
We don't mind if you have some decorations, but we prefer to hang them for you or you may hang them with tape only.
If you purchase a theme party package with us we will decorate the whole room with custom decorations in any theme you choose! This is free of charge for your use. Save time and money!!

Fun sizes, shapes, and match many of our themes in stock!! Most pinatas these days are pull string pinatas. That means no dangerous "sticks" or "bats" to wield! Each child comes up and pulls a string and the lucky string releases the secret trap door to let all the surprises out! With notice, we can make even a traditional pinata a "pull string". Pinatas are $26 Each
A party contract is required for all events taking place in the party room to help with scheduling and to ensure your party is everything you expect it to be! Party allotments are 2 hours and your party must begin on time and will end at the time originally agreed upon unless no other parties are following yours. Changes or extra guests may be accommodated if possible. We reserve the right to substitute any item. In the event of rain, quarters of equal value to the golf purchased will be given. A Deposit is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. 50% for all standard parties, and 75% for special order parties. Parties may be postponed with 7 days notice or deposit will be forfeited.
Please note: You may bring your own food, but tableware will not be provided. Please do not bring your own beverages. Drinks must be purchased from us and may not be brought in except for unopened juice boxes.
Constant Adult supervision is always required on the golf course and with all bounce house rentals.
